Do I need to make any payments before ��ݮ��Ƶ issues my Letter of Acceptance?

As a new international student, you will first need to pay a non-refundable application fee when you submit your application.

After your application is reviewed and accepted, you will need to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable New Student Tuition and Fee Deposit before the deadline specified by the ��ݮ��Ƶ Admissions. This deposit is applied toward your program tuition and fees.

These payments confirm your plan to attend ��ݮ��Ƶ and allow us to prepare your Letter of Acceptance and other documents you need for your study permit application, if applicable.

What are the estimated costs per semester?

How much does it cost to live in Victoria?

Expenses may vary depending on your lifestyle. Please review the Moderate Standard of Living (MSOL) costs provided by the Government of Canada to provinces and territories.

Does ��ݮ��Ƶ have student housing?

Not yet. ��ݮ��Ƶ does not have student residences, on-campus housing or dormitories at this time. While a student housing project is planned for Lansdowne campus for Fall 2027, most students live in rented apartments, condos, basement suites or rooms in shared houses. What's the refund policy?

The ��ݮ��Ƶ ��ݮ��Ƶ application fee is non-refundable.

Tuition and fee deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Some exceptions may apply. Please consult the following document for additional information about refunds: First Semester ��ݮ��Ƶ Student Refund/Deferral Procedure (page 2).

In cases where a refund is approved, an administration fee (minimum $300) will be deducted from the refund amount.
